Refund Policy

All payments made to Naturally Rooted are for time, education, preparation, availability, and supportive care.

Retainers, deposits, and payments for services are non-refundable once services have begun. This includes prenatal education, consultations, on-call availability, and any support already provided.

Because birth and motherhood experiences are unique and unpredictable, refunds are not provided based on birth outcomes, medical decisions, scheduling changes, or personal preferences.

If Naturally Rooted is unable to provide services prior to the start of care, any payments made for unused services will be refunded.

If a client chooses to discontinue services after care has begun, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or time reserved.
