Support Plans

Every family’s journey is different.

I offer a few clear paths of support designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or seeking guidance from a distance.

Support plans focus on calm presence, education, advocacy, and can be personalized with additional support options as needed.

Trusted Resources

Families often ask for tools, education, and resources to support birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum.

The resources shared here are ones I genuinely trust and often recommend because they align with informed choice, physiological support, and gentle care.

Some of the links below are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you choose to use them — at no additional cost to you. I only share resources I believe can be genuinely helpful.
